8 step to help you create a plan of action to manage you Goals

With the hustle and bustles of our busy days, it's not always easy to take care of ourselves. But now, there are tons of wellness goals you can achieve with just 10 minutes per day, like eating healthier or getting more exercise throughout your weekdays.

 

There are many different types of wellness and self-care that you can choose from. Some examples include eating healthy, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, managing stress, and staying hydrated. Figure out what works best for you and what you enjoy doing.

Write Your Wellness Plan

Once you've decided what types of wellness and self-care activities you want to do, it's time to write your plan. This doesn't have to be complicated; a simple list will do. Just make sure to include when you're going to do each activity, how often, and for how long.

You could keep a journal or a log of what activities you did and how well you did them. Alternatively, some people prefer to use apps or online tools to track their progress.

An accountability partner is someone who helps keep you accountable for meeting your goals. This could be a friend or family member who checks in with you regularly or someone who does the same activities as you so that you can support each other.

Motivation and Optimism
