Your Body composition analysis will be done using BIOELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE ANALYSIS- Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body through the hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter are measured, and from there, your body composition is derived, separating the lean muscle, water, and total body fat into measurable numbers.
We will review your results and discuss a plan of action for your training and nutrition program.

At ALTAS we focus on Movement First and Load and volume second.
This physical assessment will be the foundation of your personal training program and will help us create a custom training program that will address your strength imbalances, mobility and flexibility, and core stability limitations to give you the best foundation to reach your health and performance goals for fat loss and strength gains.
Assessment takes 45-50 min to complete
AP Athlete Performance Training Assessment
At ATLAS we focus on building on the strengths of the athlete and improving the imbalances to develop a stronger, more resistant athlete.
This assessment consists of a 7 point movement, strength, and agility used to gauge the athlete’s physical ability, and a body composition test and analysis (if needed).

This is a 16 point movement screen that will help us see any physical limitations in your movement that is limiting your golf swing or maybe linked to pain limiting you golf play. Our goal is to help improve your golf game and stay away from pain.
