Our goal is to help our members reach their peak performance. Choose a program below to start reaching your Health and Performance goals.
AP Excel Personal Training (1 on 1)
These one on one training sessions include:
-Body composition testing and analysis.
-Movement assessment to measure your flexibility and mobility
-Strength assessment to gauge your strength level and to assess any strength imbalances that could be limiting your movement.
-Nutrition Guidance and Planning using the results of your body composition test and analysis for accuracy to target your goals effectively
Nutrition Coaching
The AP Nutrition Coaching Program will help you develop your plan of action to change your daily eating habits, with a science based but sensible system that is custom made for your lifestyle, based off of a detailed assessment.
Includes nutritious and delicious recipes, food guide and personalized shopping lists.
AP Athlete Performance
This program is an 8 part assessment that looks at the movement, the strength of the athlete, and their ability to change direction efficiently.
The physical assessment helps us create a training program that is unique to the athlete.
We will design a program to improve an athletes performance in these areas:
-Strength & Conditioning
-Speed training and Development
-Agility
-Flexibility/Regeneration
-Reaction & Elastic/Plyometric Training
